Redington Capital are a privately owned development and investment company. With extensive industry experience, Redington Capital have an excellent track record in maximising a sites value through diligent planning. Our primary focus is on acquiring sites un-conditionally, which are suitable for residential led mix-use developments and delivering consented development opportunities to our Housebuilder and Housing Association partners. Due to our flat management structure, we are able to move swiftly in the land market with decisions on suitable purchases made within days not weeks.
Our lean approach and outsourcing of main planning/development functions, ensures stakeholders are given direct access to the ultimate decision makers in the business. We have had sustained success over a number of years due to being well funded, transparent and a strategic partner for a number of large PLC housebuilders and Housing Associations .

Craig Attle
Head of Finance
Craig is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Accountancy and Finance. He has over 20 years in practice, working predominantly in the property industry. He specialises in property transactions, advising on structuring, financing, tax and commercial matters.Craig has been working with the Redington Group since 2011.

Laura Gourley
Office Manager
Laura began her career with 10 years at NatWest Bank – Branch Banking, with her final position being a Deputy Manager of a branch. Laura then took a career move and started a new chapter at AIB (GB) – Commercial Lending. Laura’s role at AIB was an Assistant Relationship Manager, helping a portfolio of Commercial Clients with their lending needs along with their day-to-day banking requirements . After 3 years at AIB (GB) she joined Redington Capital in 2021 as their Office Manager.

Great Warley (Brentwood), De Rougemont Hotel
Acquisition of De Rougemont Manor Hotel and grounds. Detailed application submitted to create 48 residential dwellings including conversion of heritage asset and new build homes.
LB of Ealing, Twyford Abbey
Acquisition of Twyford Abbey (subject to planning). Detailed planning application submitted for the conversion of Twyford Abbey into residential units, with an additional 326 self-contained new build apartments. This site has been secured in partnership with Clarion housing association.
Apsley, London Road
Site acquired un-conditionally in December 2020 from Aberdeen Standard Investments, the site consists of an existing office block. Proposals to redevelopment the site for a mixture of uses including luxury care home, offices, retail and residential.
Brentford, Capital Interchange Way
Acquisition of land at Brentford Market, planning obtained for 440 units.
Alperton, Bus Depot
Acquisition of Bus Depot (subject to planning). Planning applied for: 467 residential units plus commercial space.
